Andrea Zaradic
President & CEO, Director
Ms. Zaradic holds a Master's degree in mechanical engineering and is a registered Professional Engineer in the Provinces of British Columbia and Ontario. With more than 20 years of experience in both corporate and project development in the mining industry she has an extensive portfolio of successes throughout the Americas, Africa, Asia, and Europe ranging from pre-feasibility to operations. Most recently she held the position of VP Project Development for Keegan Resources Inc. responsible for all aspects of the pre-feasibility and feasibility studies on the Esaase Gold project located in Ghana, West Africa. Prior positions include Manager of Infrastructure Development for Canico Resource Corp. on the Onca Puma nickel laterite project in Brazil, Construction and Senior Process Operations Engineer for BHP Billiton in the successful development of the Ekati mine, the first diamond mine in Canada's arctic, VP of Operations and Development for Magma Energy Corp. In addition as one of the company founders, she assisted in the successful IPO and acquisition of HS Orka, the largest privately held geothermal company in Iceland. Ms. Zaradic led the Magma based team through both the financial and technical due diligence of Plutonic Power, resulting in the formation of Alterra Power Corp.
Michael Kenyon
Chairman & Director
Michael Kenyon is a seasoned mining executive, with a Master of Science degree (Geology) from the University of Alberta, possessing more than 35 years experience in the international mining industry. He is currently Executive Chairman of Detour Gold Corporation. Mr. Kenyon was a founding director of Cumberland Resources Ltd., which was taken over by Agnico-Eagle Mines Limited in 2007. In 2002, he co-founded and became President and CEO of Canico Resource Corp. which was acquired by Companhia Vale do Rio Doce (Vale) in 2005. Mr. Kenyon was also a founding director of Sutton Resources Ltd. and President and CEO from 1983 up to its acquisition by Barrick Gold Corporation in 1999. From 1999 to 2002, he was a consultant to Barrick. In 2005, Mr. Kenyon received the PDAC Developer of the Year Award in recognition for excellence in mining development.
D. Bruce McLeod
Director
Bruce McLeod is a Mining Engineer with 25 years experience in the mining exploration and development business. He is currenlty the President & CEO of Mercator Minerals Ltd. intermediate base metals company with a producing copper mine in Arizona and significant copper and molybdenum projects in Mexico. Mr. McLeod primarily focuses on project development, strategic planning and financing activities. He was a founder and Executive Chairman of Sherwood Copper Corp., which in 2008, completed a business combination with Capstone Mining Corp. and a founder of Stornoway Diamond Corporation. Mr. McLeod primarily focuses on project development, strategic planning and financing activities. His professional associations include: Member of the TSX Venture Exchange's Local and National Advisory Boards; President and Director of the Canadian Listed Company Association; membership in the Canadian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy, the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia, and the Association of Professional Engineers of B.C. and the Yukon.
Catherine McLeod-Seltzer
Director
Catherine McLeod-Seltzer is the Chairman of Bear Creek Mining Corporation and Pacific Rim Mining Corp. and a recognized leader in the minerals industry for her ability to create growth-focused companies that generate significant shareholder value.

Catherine partners with successful geological teams and has been instrumental in helping build a number of successful mineral companies in the past 20 years, including Arequipa Resources, Francisco Gold, Miramar Mining, Bear Creek Mining, Stornoway Diamonds and Peru Copper Inc. Catherine was named Mining Man of the Year by The Northern Miner in 1999 and in 1997 she was given the "Award for Performance" by the Association of Women in Finance. She has also held a position on the Financial Post's "Power 50" since 2002.

After spending the early years of her career working in mining Corporate Finance, both in North America and internationally, particularly in Latin America, Catherine went on to co-found Arequipa Resources in 1993 with renowned mine finder J. David Lowell. Three years later, following the discovery of the Pierina gold deposit in Peru, Arequipa was taken over by Barrick Gold in one of the largest mining industry buyouts of the 1990s. As president and CEO, Catherine was responsible for Arequipa's financing and public relations, growing the company from a capitalization of C$5 million to more than C$1.1 billion when it was taken over by Barrick in 1996.

Catherine has raised more than $350 million in working capital for mining exploration in the past 20 years, and been directly involved in more than $4 billion in corporate transactions in the mining industry. Her leadership and financial expertise, access to capital and respect from the exploration and mining community have been invaluable assets to the companies she is involved in and have created significant wealth for shareholders. Catherine's directorships in other publicly traded companies include: Kinross Gold Corporation and Major Drilling Group International.
Jonathan Rubenstein
Director
Jonathan Rubenstein is currently a professional director, serving on the boards of several publicly listed mining companies including Eldorado Gold Corporation and Detour Gold Corporation. In 2001, Mr. Rubenstein was one of the founders of Canico Resources, where he served as a director and as Vice President and Corporate Secretary as the company acquired, explored and developed its Onca-Puma nickel deposit in Brazil. Mr. Rubenstein was instrumental in the 2005 acquisition of Canico by CVRD of Brazil for $940 million. In 1981, Mr. Rubenstein became a director and in 1994, the Vice President, Corporate Affairs, of Sutton Resources, where he played a key role in the acquisition of its Tanzanian properties and in negotiating the $525 million takeover of the company by Barrick Gold Corporation in 1999. In 1983, Mr. Rubenstein joined the board of Cumberland Resources Ltd., was central to its acquisition of important projects in the Northwest Territories, (now Nunavut), and served on its special committee during the takeover by Agnico-Eagle Mines Ltd. in 2006 for $730 million. In 2006, he joined the board of Aurelian Resources Ltd., and in 2007, served on its special committee during the takeover of Aurelian by Kinross Gold Corporation for $1.2 billion. He has held director positions in a number of other mining companies over the last 30 years. Prior to working in management positions with Sutton and Canico, Mr. Rubenstein practiced law in British Columbia, focusing on corporate commercial, securities and mining matters.
Stephen P. Quin, P.Geo.
Director
Stephen P. Quin P.Geo. is currently president, chief executive officer and a director of Midas Gold, Corp. ("Midas") an advanced exploration company focused on the Golden Meadows project in Idaho. Prior to joining Midas, Mr. Quin served as president and chief operating officer of Capstone Mining Corp. ("Capstone") and, before that, as president and chief executive officer of Sherwood Copper Corporation ("Sherwood"). Sherwood was amalgamated into Capstone in November 2008. As president and chief executive officer of Sherwood, he lead the company through the exploration, feasibility, permitting, mine financing and construction of its Minto Mine and Minto's subsequent operations, resource increases and production expansions. In 2009, Mr. Quin was co-recipient of the E.A. Scholz Award for excellence in mine development. During his tenure at Sherwood, he also successfully led Sherwood through its acquisition of Western Keltic Mines, Inc. and its high-grade Kutcho copper project in British Columbia, and Sherwood's amalgamation with Capstone. Prior to Sherwood Copper, Stephen was Executive VP at Miramar Mining Corporation, where he was responsible for exploration, business development and investor relations for 18 years, and notable milestones included the acquisition of the Con Mine in NWT, the acquisition and exploration of the Hope Bay Project in Nunavut and the creation of Northern Orion Exploration and its acquisition and advancement of the Agua Rica copper-gold-molybdenum porphyry copper project and the San Jorge copper project, both in Argentina.

Mr. Quin is a graduate of the Royal School of Mines, London, with a B.Sc. (Honours) in Mining Geology and has over 30 years of experience in exploration, feasibility, mine development, financing and operations, as well as corporate development and general corporate affairs. He is a Professional Geoscientist registered with the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of BC, a Fellow of the Geologic Association of Canada and the Society of Economic Geologists, and a member of the Canadian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy and the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining. Mr. Quin is also a director of several other public exploration companies.
John Robins
Director
Mr. Robins is a professional geologist based in Vancouver, BC, with over 25 years of experience as an independent exploration geologist and entrepreneur. A 1984 graduate of the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor of Science in Geology, Mr. Robins initially worked as a self employed prospector and geologist in BC and Northern Canada. In 1988, he founded Hunter Exploration Group, one of Canada's most successful private exploration companies. Mr. Robins has also been active in starting several successful public exploration and development companies culminating in 2005 with his co-founding of the Discovery Group of Companies. In addition to his role with the Discovery Group, Mr. Robins also sits on the Boards of several successful publically traded exploration companies. His experience in everything from grass roots exploration to production is complemented by his success in the capital markets and financing activities. In 2008, Mr. Robins was recognized for his achievements in mining exploration by the Association for Mineral Exploration British Columbia with the H.H. "Spud" Huestis Award. This is recognized as the highest award given for mineral exploration and is awarded to those who have made "a significant contribution... to enhance the mineral resources of British Columbia and/or the Yukon Territory, through the original application of prospecting techniques or other geoscience technology".
Zara Boldt
Director
Zara Boldt is a Certified General Accountant and is presently the Vice-President, Finance for Stornoway Diamond Corporation. She also serves as a Corporate Secretary for Strongbow Exploration Inc. and North Arrow Minerals Inc. Prior to joining Stornoway, she held the positions of Chief Financial Officer for Sherwood Copper Corp. and Controller for the Northair Group of Companies.
